PRINTING CONDITIONS
a Net yarn: 100-180 mesh
b Superheat conditions: superheat 130-150 ℃ * 2 minutes
Printing process: printing → low-temperature drying (natural dry) → over baking channel 130-150 ℃ * 2 minutes → completely dry after placing 4 hours to test the best results
MATTERS NEEDING ATTENTION
The total amount of color paste should not exceed 10% (ordinary colors are more likely to lead to migration and discoloration of the color paste, it is recommended to use high temperature resistant, migration resistant colors are better)
When using this product for color mixing surface printing, must be used in conjunction.
If you need to add additives before printing, you need to conduct a small test experiment in advance to determine the amount of addition can not exceed 0.5%.
CG-9100/9200 add auxiliaries, it is forbidden to mix the slurry with auxiliaries into the original packaging barrel.
